Grapes, Berries and Pterostilbene
Pterostilbene, a compound found in grapes and berries, may inhibit brain impairment associated with the aging process. This according to a Science Daily article titled Berry Compound Reduces Aging Effect which refers to a study conducted on rats and published in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry.
